“Race to Witch Mountain” PG
“Monsters v.s. Aliens” 2D version PG
Hello Movie Goers,
Monsters v.s. Aliens and Race to Witch Mountain will be showing through April 16th. I’ll find out soon if I can get “17 Again” on April 17th. Warner Bros. wasn’t ready to book for it quite yet, but I let them know we were interested. I’m hoping to show “Knowing” along with it.
I can already see a dilemma arising about which movies to show when with so many coming available. Most of it is determined by which ones we can get on the break, but when there are good movies coming out weekly, and we have to keep them for more than one week, we run into the problem of not being able to get all the good ones. Feast or famine!

"Monsters vs. Aliens" and "Taken"

“Monsters vs. Aliens” 2D version PG
Hello Movie Goers,
We think we’re going to be able to show “Taken”. It’s got to come off of another screen in Effingham after its final show there on Thursday night, then our trucker will pick it up and deliver it to our drop-off place in Mattoon sometime during the night, and we will pick it up from there on Friday, so it can be put together to show Friday at 7:00. We’re often amazed at the process we go through to get the movies here!
We’re thrilled to show “Monsters vs. Aliens” this week! We’ll have it for 3 weeks, up through spring break.
Disney said later for “Hannah Montana” and also later for “Earth”, but they’re usually pretty good at letting us have them after the first two or three weeks.
